Our services follow the ancient rites of the Orthodox Church, but are served in English. Orthodoxy does not offer quick gimmicks, but a spiritual way of life that transforms and renews our fallen nature. It requires a true desire to change and be made better, rather than simply 'coping' with problems. It is not 'God in a box,' but rather a true relationship and interaction with the Divine. Our views of spirituality and salvation are different from the West, and so newcomers need to be ready to shed most of their former opinions about Jesus Christ and what they think about Him in order to really understand our ancient Faith.
