User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had gone there a long time ago when it was Sheridan Toyota, and had just an average experience. Apparently it is under new ownership now, and it was a totally different experience. Everyone was very friendly, some one greeted me as soon as I pulled in the service driveway and I got my car back from service a lot sooner than I expected. Thanks!

This place is the worst Toyota dealer ever I have seen in LA, I have took my care to fix a mechanical problem and they return it back to me with broken windshield (front Glass) and $500.00 charge after two days. The management and the staff are so unreasonable, when I have claimed that there is a crack in the windshield, the shift supervisor explained to me that, there was a spot on the glass and the weatherâs temperature has caused the crack and therefore it is not their fault.
It cost me $300.00 extra to repair the window, you want my advice, go some where else, otherwise you might pay for whole other new damages on your car.

We took our highlander in because we had a breakin and the passenger window was smashed. They repaired the window, but not before getting glass all over the inside of the car. We have a small child and this could seriously harm him. It shows a total lack of consideration for their customers and negligence. I will not take my car here again.
