User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will never go back to Gilberts again..I was dissappointed in the way they treated my friend and I. I love there food, I've lived in santa monica for 38 years and have been going to gilberts for the same amount of time, but this was the last draw with them. The older bartender was a complete JERK to say the least and it was not the first time he has acted in this premadonna ways.. Goodbye Gilberts! I will miss you Sorry Crystal but your uncle is an Ass_____!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent staff, promptly seated. Authentic mexican food, cheap prices, great atmosphere. Typicall mom and pop restaurant where the waiters know their customers by name. The coffee is made fresh and is delicious, tastes like grandma's stove top coffee. None of my friends have ever ordered anything they don't like. The only draw-back is it's cash only. But come prepared with a couple $20's and you'll be set. I love this place!
