I really like this vet clinic. The doctors are wonderful, as is the staff (with the one well-noted exception, but nothing is perfect in this life!). The quality of care is excellent -- they truly love the animals and are great with the "parents," too. Very reasonable prices, especially compared to those robbers at the big chains. Christine, at the front desk, deserves a special shout-out, too! No appointments (except for surgeries) and open 7 days a week. Highly recommended!!

I totally agree. Dr. Jones charged me very little to check out both of my Guinea Pigs and was very informative and nice. It's not just a business for him, he really cares. I love this place. When I went to another vet recently for a Guinea Pig check-up (because Dr. Jones was on vacation) the new place took about 7 minutes, said the two Guinea Pigs were fine, and charged me $120! Next time I'll wait for Dr. Jones to get back.

They advertise business hours as 9am-7pm. I took my sick cat there today at 9:15am, the place was vacant except for some worker running back and forth like a chicken with its head cut off. When I finally asked to see a vet, I was told that Dr. Jones does not come in until 10. That is unacceptable. I left immediately. He lost my business.

Dr. Jones is patient, helpful, caring, and polite. He explains everything you want him to, and nothing that you don't. I love him, and I have taken every pet to him that I have ever had or rescued, including hamsters and rats. He has always treated every one with the same respect and kindness that he gives to you, and he is always honest about the treatment options - even if it means sending you somewhere else. I've been going to him for over 10 years.

Suzanne is abrasive, disrespectful, and incredibly rude. HOWEVER - I have found that if I am unbelievably polite to her, even when she is rude to me, she softens quite a bit. I think she doesn't always realize how rude she sounds, she just has always been that way and doesn't know the difference.

For a few years now I've been working hard to be kind to Suzanne, and the difference in her attitude is ASTOUNDING!!! She even smiles at me sometimes!!! AND she makes some jokes!!! Just overdo the niceness with her, ignore her rudeness and pretend she's treating you like royalty. Trust me, she can be much nicer than she seems.

Dr.Dell is wonderful, but to be honest I have had some problems with her diagnostics. There have been a couple times when she has been quite wrong, and my dog has ended up in some painful situations because of it. She is really good with my cats and small animals, though.

I agree about Suzanne. I was overly, overly nice to her, and she was okay with me. She was just very mean to everyone else. She is the biggest reason Dr. Jones is losing business. She needs to stay home. Even though I was nice to her she still increased my bill 3x without telling me! I've had enough.
