User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHonest, professional and they do great work. They replaced the gas valve on our old heater and got it working like it was brand new. We will definitely use them again for any of our heating or plumbing needs.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI really like these guys. Found them in the phone book and checked 'em out here. Very honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. After having 2 different companies look at my heater and tell me I needed to spend $2500-$2900 on a new one cuz it was "unfixable", Cornett had it fixed in about an hour and a half. $225 bucks later, my heater works like it used to. Great job. Will use again!

When wheather was getting cold, I switched on my furnace for the first time for this winter season and I found my heater was dead.
I searched this site to find a reliable technician and called this company because they looked good with several review.
Their response was quick and a technician came into my house less than two hours. so far so good.
The technician found there was nothing wrong with my heater only except back steel panel(sheet of metal) was not closed completely, so it didin't push a safety button.
He closed the back panel properly and it took less than a minute (less than 10 second?)
They charged me 90 bucks for that. Wow! great! I should be a heater technician. They make almost 100 bucks in a minute.

Well, pvidiot; you are paying our minimum service charge for my technicians time. It appears our service was quick and we solved the problem. You are welcome to go to school to be a heating tech, I'm always looking for qualified, competant technicians with good customer service skills.
Well, Cornettplumbing; I've written my experience to share it with my neighbors. This is consumer page, not yours. You look like attacking anybody who is not in favor of you. Can't you be more gentle instead of making fun of your customer?
I apologize for the overzealous comments of an employee. We have been serving the South Bay for many years with good quality repair and customer service. I'm sorry you were displeased with our service.
