My electrical had a short just couple of weeks after I had it serviced by this dealer and they said it was not covered under the extended warranty. I told them that I never had any problems until they replace something on the dash the last time I was there. The service guy said to call the warranty company which was basically the same company - Toyota. This has happened twice where they give you the runaround when it was their fault. I will never buy another Toyota and never go back to this dealer. It's owned by the same crooks as the Power Cerritos.
Took my vehicle here for service and was left steaming due to the poor customer service. I was ignored while the guys in the office were on the phone and filling out paperwork (a 'just a sec' would've been enough). And when I got my car back the same guys didn't bother to explain what was done to the car. Waiting room facilities are sparse - there is a tv but you have to pay for drinks and snacks.
I can't complain about the actual service staff - the guy who brought out the car was very nice and friendly. But I will never bring my car here again.
I hate this dealership. I bought a car there and not only did they over charge me by telling me that they could not discount it because it was too "new", they put the car I traded in to them on their lot for $6K more than what they gave me. Then they damaged my new car when I took it in for service, had to paint it and when I picked it up it had a huge door ding. I finally went to Toyota Corporation and the dealership had to give me a new car. I would never go back here or refer anyone to them.
