Windigo BMW in Anaheim Hills--If your warranty has expired and you have not purchased an extended warranty, then go to Windigo in Anaheim Hills for service. This is a BMW certified service shop and they do great work and are highly reputable.

Ok.. I got to admit I read the reviews and was very cautious about purchasing from Shelly BMW. I did my research and spoke to YT. He was very professional and knowledgeable from the start. After shopping from 3 different BMW dealerships, I decided to go see YT since he had a good price, the car I wanted and was very professional. The rest of the other dealership sales guy felt too pushy and demanding over the phone. I have bought some cars in the past but this was going to be my first bmw. I have to say its was refreshing experience dealing with YT since he was not pushy and answered all my questions and had many years of BMW experience. The sales process was the quickest time I had been at a dealership. It only took a couple of hours. So far I love my 3 series and I strongly recommend others to give Shelly BMW a call and if you are lucky to get YT...Maybe the other bad reviews are just because of badluck that they got a bad sales guy. Hopefully they keep the good ones and get rid of all the bad sales guys.. Hope this helps you all

Don't buy any car from this Shelly BMW.
They have really good tactics to prevent customers from considering their choices. Also, if you think you make a good deal with a salesperson, then next guy waits for you. He is a guy working in their financial dept.

I recently received a letter from the Shelly BMW which was about authorized trade-in. I wanted to reduce my monthly payment for my old car, 2007 BMW 328i, which I bought from the same dealer again.
So, I visited there and asked its salesperson about it. But instead of answering to my question, he tried persuading me to buy a new one.
What was even worse was that he told me "Why do you waste your money on your old BMW? Because you leased it, after one year when the term is ended, your money is gone. Wouldn't it be better to spend your money on a new car which you can own?".
So, I was bought. But after signing their contract, I found out that they used the remained 12 month payment to clean up the old car. Although they said that the BMW pays first 2 month payment, but actually they cleaned up my old car with 10 month amount of payment and used the remained 2 month amount of payment to what they claim "we will pay for you".

So, I visited their on the next day, but they didn't try listening to me. They insisted their opinion.

At first, I thought it was due to the salesperson's personality, but their sales manager behaves same way. I sent him email, and got the same kind of response.
