WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING.
THEY STARTED OUT REAL NICE , “ How can we help get you in the car you want ? We are here to help you. We want you to be happy. Those words cost me $1008.00.

I was browsing the internet for a pre-owned SUV. I went to Kelly blue book sight and came across 2006 for expedition on the Buena Park Nissan dealership sight. Internet price was $16,991, I printed out the picture and price. Went to the dealership met with one of three sales rep. After eight hours of negotiating price, years and the trade-in-value of my vehicle and the down payment. We still did not get the internet price. The cost was $1,008 more than the internet price. I was told the same thing that Mr. L. was told “ The Manager said “ the price on the internet was CASH ONLY, AND HE COULD NOT OFFER THAT PRICE TO EVERYONE AND WHO EVER HAD A BETTER CREDIT SCORE WOULD RECEIVE THE INTERNET PRICE“ in other words he was telling me that because of my credit score I did not receive that price. I stated it didn’t say that on the internet listing. He stated “we can’t write everything there “ . I was also promised a complete set of floor mats by the first salesperson , I have yet to see them. Liar , Liar, Liar. For all three of the salespersons.

I don't know where to begin! WORST SERIVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRICES,WARRANTY, DO NOT HONOR, TOTAL LIARS!!
My wife and I came in to purchase a Volvo S60, 2001 for the ad price of $4.995, however when were there the price jumped to $10k, and the managers (Tom, Hiro, Jacob) all mentioned that the ad price is CASH ONLY, however no where in the TV ad did it read "CASH ONLY" condition. After taking the car home for $8,999, i took the car to my personal service guy. The Transmission Fluid was VERY DIRTY, there was NO POWER STEERING FLUID. Since it's a Volvo, it only takes GenuineFluid which cost me $30 for a quart. All the shocks on the car were BUSTED and required replacement, the Sunroof was lose, Gas Pedal was VERY HEAVY(Sign of old gas Filter). I and my wife made many trips back to the dealership and no one could recall or names correctly. Also, they insisted on simply purchasing another vehicle.I was appalled to hear of thier Considerable Nerve to try to sell us another car after the first one to us seems like a TOTAL SALVAGE CAR. CarFax showed it was an one accident, and dealer did not disclose. We were also told that all their Pre-Owned Vehicles go through "127 Point inspection" BS! All the fluids were old and damaging. Even the transmission had some problems.

Bottom line, this dealership doesn't care of thier customers, they only care to make a sale and whatever goes wrong it up to you. I bought a car taht Kelly Blue Book shows should have cost $2,000 LESS and IN EXCELENT CONDITION, the car had 124K Miles!
Buena Park Nissan, expected me to buy a car for much more than Kelly Blue Book, and PAY FOR COST AND REPAIRS for what the dealer neglected to care for.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, AND HEADACHES, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Buena Park Nissan is the Best!!!!!! 5 stars!!!

This is the third car I have purchased at the dealership. Every time I come in for service, they give me a free shuttle ride or hook me up with a free rental car. I would never take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!
