This is a horribly unorganized bank. Someone had fraudently opened an account with my personal information two years ago and wrote several bad checks. When I went in to open an account, instead of being "blacklisted" and exlained to why I could not open an account, my account was opened, my money was deposited, then withdrawn by BOA for these previous bad checks someone had wrote. It's been a month, and the fraud department still hasn't returned several hundred hard earned dollars I have worked for.

I am a fairly new customer there. My first experience was great. They were helpful, answered all my questions and concerns. I went in a second time to open a savings account. One of the worst experiences to date. The 'senior banker' was not helpful, had a poor attitude and was condescending in her responses. Once I realized I was not going to get the respect and service I was looking for I parted, ask another worker a few questions and called the 1-800 customer serivce phone number. She must have been having a bad day, but those are the pleasures of working in the customer service field.
