Karmel Shuttle Service

I tried to book their Catalina packages (shuttle + ferry) listed on their website because their prices are very attractive!

I called and called, and finally someone picked up. They told me, without a flight number into Long Beach Airport, they cannot book me. So fine, I book my flight into LGB, and called them again. Then, they told me it's not possible to book on weekends. THAT'S BULLSHXT.

Then, I search around website for other reviews and found out these guys are flakes and will let you get stranded on a curb somewhere at 5AM when you have a flight to catch.

Forget these clowns, go for something else.

Give this airport shuttle a try! I had used them for awhile, then for some reason reverted to the "blue" and "red" shuttles for one trip each. Karmel's policy is never more than 2, yes 2, stops on trips both to and from the airport. Slightly higher priced than the others, but way ahead in service. Each time I've had the entire shuttle to myself. On the other shuttles I've had up to 7 stops, with sardine packing seating. Karmel also has an AAA discount. Please keep them in business by trying. You'll be a believer. Drivers are great, and have always been on time on both ends.
