User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had never been in this branch before but after reading good customer reviews I decided to give them a try. I went in with a mortgage refinance problem that I did not think they could help me solve. The young man that assisted me did so with great resolve, focus, patience, and, best of all, a sense of humor. When I went into this branch I was frustrated and angry but I left with my problem solved and a smile on my face. I appreciate the excellent customer service that I received at the Bank of America branch on Walker St (near Rome Ave) in Cypress. I highly recommend this charming little branch office.

Can't say enough about the service and friendliness of the Bank of America branch on Walker in Cypress. It has the feel of community, the ways things once were, or at least our parents say they were. Managers, tellers, custodians, everyone seems there to serve. I tell people about the branch and say, "If you're looking for some humanity in the bleak dollar and cents world, this is the place to find it. Thanks BofA-Cypress!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Service: I am a customer at the Cypress (Walker St) BoA & since the first day that I became their customer they have always went out of their way to assist & help me. They greet me by name and always seem to have a positive outlook when talking with you. The have gone "out of their way" to help me with some "weird" situations, I have recommended this branch to others & feel like a very loyal customer for that branch & its people.
