Thank you to Hiro (Hero) and David for making things right.
I was contacted by this sales Manager a few days ago he was very apologetic for what had happened and the bad experience that I had . Now this person really did cared . I am so glad that there is still some people that actually cares about others . As bad as I felt when I left on the day I purchased my SUV , I felt just that good on the day that Hiro( Hero) made things right. I was given the internet price and the mats for my SUV. I was also compensated for the trip to the dealership . I was totally satisfied .
Now Buena Park Nissan has a reputation to live up to. My friends and family will know that there is a dealership with integrity. I also want to mention that the owner of the Dealership (whom I meet) was also apologetic. Thank you.
Now I am looking forward to buy my next automobile, don't let me down Hiro (Hero)

Buena Park Nissan is the Best!!!!!! 5 stars!!!
This is the third car I have purchased at the dealership. Every time I come in for service, they give me a free shuttle ride or hook me up with a free rental car. I would never take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!!! Keep up the good work!!! -

I bought my new 2008 Altima at Buena Park Nissan thorugh tge internet department. I shopped about three other stores and Buena Park gave me the best pricing. They got back to my lead immediately and didn't try to play any games when I went to the dealership to get it. You should go direct to the internet department. Its how I buy all my cars and its so much easier.
