User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI work for a honda dealer and I bought my car at buena park honda because they were the only one that had the specific car I was looking for.
You can have the best expectations, but in the end, it means nothing if you dont follow through with them. They sold me an east coast car that had alot of mechanical problems and most likely flood damage and who knows what else. The best thing about this was, the car was CERTIFIED, which means it's gotta be in really good condition, which in this case was not true! Instead of swapping the car for a clean one, they offered to repair 3 or 4 problems with the car. Poor servicing poor communication and just plain poor customer serivce. Swapped the car for a better one, so they were supposively paying off the damaged car and re financing us. They were responsible for making us 14 days late on a payment for the car we "supposively" paid off.
Good expectations lead up to nothing if you cannot follow through with them. Bottom line is, when buying a car ANYwhere, especially here...don't trust ANYones word, run a carfax and or have your tecnician inspect the vehicle.-

Impeccable service!!!! I am on my 5th car from Buena Park Honda, the last 8 yrs buying cars from them have been nothing but phenomenal. Buena Park Honda has a great team of people who are always willing to go the extra mile for you. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
