This is the WORST Nissan dealer EVER!! the battery died in my new 2008 Altima Hybrid last year and I did not know how to jump it (hybrids are very different) I called 6 times before even reaching someone in service and when I did reach them, they told me that they had to look at it and that there was no way for me to do it on my own. when they suggested a tow company for me to use I thought it was strange. I told them I was going to call cerritos nissan first and the guy got angry and hung up on me. So I called Cerritos and the service technician walked me through every step until my car was running again. ... Cerritos Nissan is where to go if you want stuff done right.

This nissan is really horrible, you can never get anyone on the phone. Service advisors were really negative, and rude. I will never come back here again.

Service is horrible. I will never go back there. I'd rather drive to Gardena or Carson. They never have enough people working. They never answer their phones in the service department and they have sold me the wrong parts before. They suck big time.
