Very disappointing. Yeah Cheap tires. But Ron is not going to stand behind those cheap tires. He is out to make your buck ! He stores the tires on the ground on the cement floor. Does anyone remember why Ford had to eat the whole mess with Firestone tires on the Explorer model ? Additionally, he apparently gets huge kick backs from whomever tires he is moving at the time. A couple of years back he was moving the brand new Kumho and get to go to Korea or something. One of the four tires was clearly defective and he would not replace or even offer a pro-rate. Cheap tires, sure ! A stand up business man, No way. At least there is one really god thing about Ron and the shop. He hires the best illegal mexicans in Stanton to work their behinds off. And I am sure he pays them well. Land of the free and home of the brave. Way to go RON ! Keep moving those Kumho's or those other Chinese tires and see if it catches up to you before you retire. Nice Hot Rods in your garage also.
You will not find a cheaper tire center, with the fastest, most friendly service and no reservations required in Orange County. Ron's is even lower priced than Costco with no membership required and no long lines! Ron's has access to common and hard-to-find sizes and all major and generic brands to fit your budget and performance needs. He has many tires in-stock, and if he orders it, there is no delivery fee and it arrives to his shop, quicker than Costco. Nitrogen is also used to inflate your tires. He also does alignment and all undercarriage service for a reasonable price.
I witnessed a 4 tire installation which only took 30 minutes from the time the guy pulled in for service until the time he paid! I had a 4-wheel alignment and tire rotation done today, and it took 50 minutes! Now, my car runs straight and the steering wheel is dead center! Thanks Ron.
