User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy wife purchased a bed frame for our 2 year old son and was sold the wrong frame she exchanged it the same day and she was given another frame and it was not the correct frame either. So the next day I went there to see if I they would refund my money before I was even able to say good morning I was met with the rudest person who did not even give me a chance to get a word in. So I put the frame down and said that I was going to step outside and walk back in and he was going to change is attitude. To my surprise he followed me and through the frame out the door and said he was not going to refund my money and he would not be responsible if someone was to take it..... Oh yea he was also the MANAGER. My advise to everyone is not to purchase anything from Ortho Mattress.
