Not impressed with the service at this facility or the cleanliness. One of my friends told me about this place and so I tried it out, big mistake. Their fish tacos were soggy, the rice was over cooked and extremely salty and the place where I was sitting looked like it hadnt been cleaned for hours. Their salsa bar was disgusting. Never stepping foot in this place again.
I visited Taco Nazo with my father, mother and daughter. When we received our meal, we noticed that our side order of chilies did not look or taste very appealing. We observed that the chilies were old and wilted, lacking their typical firmness. They were slimy and limp. As I ate my 2nd taco , I paused to remove a small piece of fat, and as I did I pulled out a hair. I took a moment to scrutinize this small hair, my mother watched horrified as I showed her what I found in my taco- it appears to be a PUBIC hair. When I went to the pick up bar to show an employee, I asked to speak with the manager or shift on duty, who identified herself as a manager but did not display or speak proficient English for me to convey my disgust or concern to her. Thankfully Yadira intervened and offered to remake my taco or issue a refund. Since I was thoroughly appalled I opted for a refund (and I gave her my receipt), which she refunded the price of ONE TACO and NOT my meal or entire CHECK. Once again I am very disappointed with how El Taco Nazo handled my concern, and rather then try to win over my loyalty and demonstrate their apologies for a poor experience, they refunded the price of ONE TACO. Wow, I am not very impressed.
