User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWOW this place is terrible. Can't believe they actually have business. Worst dealership ever. all the dealers are idiots if they think they are going to sell cars for more than they are worth.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLet me start by stating the fact that I've purchased 2 cars from these guys. So I went there this past weekend thinking OK I've bought 2 Honda's from them already let give them a chance to keep my loyalty even though I do not intend to get a third Honda (I wanted a Scion). They had one on their lot, lucky them I thought. After waiting nearly 15 minutes to be greeted and helped, a sales rep finally approaches us and believe me they were not busy. Strike 1. I tell the rep what I'm looking for and it was as if I didn't even speak since he started recommending other cars on the lot! Strike 2. I again tell him hey I want this and point to the car. After I get the asking price I tell him my asking price. Just for reference, the asking price was 13k, I start the offer haggling at 10k based on several factors. My target price was something around 11k-11,500. Anyhow he tells me flat out no and that he won't even go to his "manager" to ask what they can do since he knows he will shoot down our offer. I was very surprised to see that this guy would not even try. Strike 3. So we said fine and walked away. Later that night we found a dealer that not only worked with us, but got us a better model Scion, and gave us a fair and good deal! That sales rep ended his night with a sale. Honda World Westminster, you just lost two customers.

very disrespectful when we tried to work out the deal on a pricing of a 4dr si. we told the salesman that we would like his card and think about the vehicle and have my family agree on the purchase but that guy left us hanging in the dealership while he was outside eating a hamburger. i would not recommend honda world westminster.
