Southbay Tattoo

Just recently I had a few questions about piercings. So I started looking around and came across Southbay Tattoo. I decided to bravely call and ask a few, what I thought would have been dumb questions. Lina, their piercer, answered the phone, and answered all of my questions with full detail and complete knowledge. She made me so comfortable I just had to go in and get this piercing done by HER. I set up an appointment with her and came in. Once I walked into the doors I noticed the shop was VERY clean. That was one of the best signs of a great shop anyone could notice! A gentleman at the front greeted me nicely and then called her to the front to help me. Once she came up she greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. I filled out the paperwork and then she brought me into the piercing area. We went over the procedure, went over jewelry optons, and then started to get the piercing process started. She helped calm me down and really made me feel comfortable. Their other piercer Alfredo came in and was talking to me, and made me laugh quite a few times which definitely helped relax me. He was also very polite and helped guide me through this process. The way they talked about the whole process, how much they knew, how comfortable they make you feel, and how they compliment each other makes them an amazing team. They had so much respect for each other and especially me. Something unheard of in many tattoo studios. Lina finally began the piercing and explained everything to me before and while she was doing it. She even opened everything in front of me. She helped me breathe and relax, and before I knew it she was done! She was so quick and smooth! I couldn't believe I was so nervous about a small pinch! She had me stay for a few minutes while she cleaned up the area and then went over the aftercare. She made sure I was very clear on what to use and NOT to use. I already had it all wrong! She even wrote everything I needed to know about my new piercing on a business card and gave me the name of a website that has very useful information on piercings. I absolutely love her! She is an amazing, and talented piercer! I have recommended her to many friends, and they have told me they received the best customer service from her as well. Thank you Lina!

ROC has worked on me twice, always very personable and professional. Great work , good eye for the specific types of pieces I have had done from him. Roc's pricing has always been extremely fair and reasonable. I have recommended Roc to other people on more than a few occasions, and the work speaks for itself. When ur regarded as a tattoo enthusiast peolple listen carefully to ur advice and recomendations.

This place is freaking sweet! the staff are VERY friendly the place is freaken clean. I had gotten my snakebites at another shop they did a horrible job I will never go there again. Thankfully I came here Alfredo was the one that redid my piercing he was real funny ALFREDO YOU ARE MY LIFESAVER! I definitely recommend this place Im coming back here for future piercings and hopefully my tattoo =)
