    Went for emergency diagnostic to CARSON TOYOTA check engine light on on my 2000 4runner SR5. They told me I have to replace my 2 oxygen sensors, 2 catalytic converters est. cost $ 3,000.00. Went to LONGO TOYOTA did the same diagnostic told me just to replace front catalytic converter cost $ 1,000.00. Looking for cheaper price went to JAPANESE CAR CLINIC along Lomita Blvd, Harbor City,CA showed me the result of diagnostic tool, problem shows only replace front catalytic converter. Est. cost $1,000.00, told them to replace it coz I don't like to drive back to LONGO TOYOTA. Problem solved.
    I live here in Carson just 3 miles away from CARSON TOYOTA, but I don't go for service here. I drive straight to LONGO TOYOTA for my car maintenance. I have bad experience long time ago @ CARSON TOYOTA but it's an emergency that's why I went there again.
    SHAME ON YOU CARSON TOYOTA for trying to rip people. please be honest to your customers. you are not the only TOYOTA dealership and service center in Los Angeles County. Hope TOYOTA MOTORS should know what you are doing.

    I would never buy a Toyota anywhere else. I have purchased two Toyotas from them and the sales, service and parts departments took care of me like I was a real person. My first car had some small scratches in the paint from transportation to the dealership that I didn't notice until a few days later. They apologized and took my car back and fixed every one of them. Most dealers would have said that I caused the problem since I found it days later. I give them a A+++ rating ! Heres a little buying secret, buy it from the fleet department, even if you are buying just one car. You can save a lot and there is no haggling required.

    Carson Toyota is the worst dealership in the nation. Would not buy a car from them. They are a corrupt, business owned by that doesn't care about their customers. If you need a Toyota , go to any other dealership.
