THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE; what a ghetto dive. Ask for the owner, Michelle Shelton to do your hair and she will do the complete opposite of what you want.
I asked for a partial weave (highlights) and cut. Instead, Michelle ruined my existing color (my hair color went from caramel brown to black with no highlights â just orange hair on top and black on the bottom.) and haircut and cut my bangs so short (hairstyling 101) they wonât lie flat. She takes on too many clients at a time leaving her incompetent and inept assistant to do your hair (however; you pay at Michelle's rate and have a complete idiot do your hair.)
Michelle, the owner also has no idea about customer service or how to run a business. She never owned up to ruining my hair nor did she even come close to rectifying this situation â she canât â she doesnât know how.
Michelle Shelton is either the most evil hairdresser or the most clueless one.
DON'T GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! -

I love Bella: Bella Salon is the best experience I've ever had - you rarely wait and they make you feel comfortable right away. It can be pricey, but in my opinion a good cut is worth it. The stylists are knowledgable and friendly and do not push products on you to buy. If I had not moved out of the area I would still be going to Bella Salon.

Wow, that's unfortunate that the experience was so negative. I'm surprised because I've been going to Michelle and others in the salon for years and have nothing but the best. Based on the over-the-top personal attack you published for the world to see, one might question whether you are the "clueless, evil" one in question. Poor service is one thing, but expressing it the way you have is just plain disrepsectful.
