USE BAYSHORE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Reasons I won't use them ever again!!!

#1) Although the website reads "Call today for FREE ESTIMATE..," when the technician came to my home, he said that's not accurate, and I paid a $65 inspection fee;

#2) I set-up an appointment for the next day (a Saturday), however, after arriving at my home, the technician stated he doesn't work Saturdays, and would only be able to work for an hour, yet wanted $100 upfront;

#3) Set-up appointment for the following Monday, however, technician NEVER showed, NEVER returned my call...so, I called the guy at the office and he said he had sent the technician to another job, and would call me "right back." It is now Wednesday, and although I've left messages at the company and on the technician's cell phone...NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.

Moral of the story: ONLY USE BAYSHORE IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!

P.S., I am considering further action against them, as I don't like having $165 basically stolen from me...if it were an option, I would rate them 0 stars!

I would like to comment how well the Customer Service with Bayshore Exterminators provided me on July , 2009 with the first quote. Nakia Isaac was very helpful in explaining each process. I made my decision to go with Bayshore Exterminators. They were quick to schedule my appointment, that met my needs. Joe Cruz, the technician arrived on time and ready to start the job. He worked from 9:30am to 4:30pm. I wanted to write this letter to your company in appreciation of your customer service and dedication your associates provided.

Thanks Bayshore exterminators, I had my house treated for fleas. I'm glad to say no more fleas. The guy was on time and the price was fair. I will use these guys again
