    On 8-12-09 I went in for that FREE OIL change and told him I was taking a drive to AZ the next day... and an hour later Louie Cardenas took me aside, showed me paper work and said, My truck has a leaky water pump, cracked belts and something with the timing belt...COST for the repairs I needed before I drive on a freeway $935.00- I said NO THANK YOU I will risk the drive..2 DAYS LATER I take my truck with 40 thousand miles on it to a Toyota Dealership in Phx, ask them if they could check things out, sure no problem, GUESS WHAT HOOMAN...EVERYTHING ON THE TRUCK IS FINE!!!!!!!!
    THEY DIDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG!!!!!!
    HOOMAN SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TRYING TO TRICK ME!!

    These guys are criminals.....my wife brought the car in for an oil change and wound up paying $250...they suckered her into doing a bunch of crap that was not needed. Oil change: $30..... "look over car": $70.... air filter: $50 (which costs $10 for parts - a 2 minutes of work!!!) cabin air filter ($70) - not needed.....

    Too bad guys....I was looking to buy a new car. You can forget about EVER getting 1 more cent of my business. I even considered calling the attny generals office - but what would that accomplish. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS..... I would recommend someone else - but people would think I have an agenda. HOOMAN are criminals. Good for you guys....you got $250 of my wife's money for a $30 oil change...don't worry this review should hopefully cost you 10x that amount in lost revenue.

    DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED OR A BUNCH OF UNNEEDED WORK!!!!!!!!!!!

    I would like to inform other customers to beware of the Service Department. I can attest to the fact the repair department operates without ethics.
    I am a disgruntled customer that will never do any kind of business with the Hooman Dealership in Long Beach.
