User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhere do I begin? That's right...let's start with the heart of the matter: The BARISTAS. If I wanted to be treated like a misfit, and not a paying customer, I'd go to some of the coffeehouses that didn't last as long in their lifespans. Secondly, the coffee isn't all that. You can put anyone behind a counter and call them a barista, but truth be told, I've had better coffee/lattes/Mochas at a Winchell Doughnut shop. Lastly, How can anyone honestly support a business where the owner frequents a rival coffeehouse, takes photos, and turns into any and all mistakes to the City? Sounds like a poor sport who really need a good dose of her own medicine. Gosh, I hate being evil, but ya know what? Eye for an Eye....

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going to Portfolio since since I moved down here over 10 years ago. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and no matter where I go for coffee I always end up back at their door! The customer service is outstanding and you forget about time when you go in and it down and enjoy coffee and good converstation or a book. My suggestion to anyone who checks out Portfolio, order your drink in a coffee mug, sit down and your coffee will taste even better! congrats to portfolio for being in the top 40 shoot for top 10!
