User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI too bought one of the promotional certificates but had a much better experience. Only complaint is the fact that you have to book so far in advance that I almost forgot I even had an appt that day. Suzanne did my nails, she's Fantastic! I've never had a "red" polish last me 2 weeks!! She takes pride in her work & doesn't skimp on time or the polish from no chip to a high quality clear coat. Tram did my hair the first round & she was great, I went back to her for highlights & for someone who's never gotten them b/4, I love what she did!! My facial is coming up this week so will have to comment on that later. I'm really happy w/the salon so far...I would totally recommend this place.

I get may nails done by Suzanne and I will never go to anyone else by choice. She does everything by hand, no electric files. Excellent. Aileen does waxing, facials, etc. Wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Well I must say that I was very unhappy with their service. I bought one of those certificates to try the salon out. Well I took my daughter there and they must have had a trainee do her hair, (big mistake when a client is trying out a new salon). Anyway, needless to say she messed up her hair. I did call and tell them what happen, they did offer to have someone else fix it, but my daughter was so upset at this point she wanted no one else to touch her hair. And the worst part about this, the owner said "what did we expect, they don't get paid for those promotions." WHAT? What kind of answer is that? A promotion, I thought, was to get people to go to your business. Well I absolutely will never go there nor will I ever recommend anyone there. Do not buy any promotions to this Salon, they will treat you like crap!!!!! Very unhappy customer!
