User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe food was good, even though they got one of the orders mixed up. The service wasn't that great, we had a table outside that was poorly places and half our party had to constantly get up everytime someone needed to get throught. The waitress hardly came by at all, we had to ask a different waitress for change and on top of that our waiteress still charged us wrong, she charged the wrong amount to our card. I was not impressed, we've had better luck when we've sat at the bar.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThis place had excellent food and contrary to what you have heard about service we had great servers. Our group had an outside table on a fairly cool December evening and I was expecting somewhat slow service for the sake of the waitress being cold and not wanting to attend to us as much. Well as we were watching all the bikes go by from the motorcycle show our beers and appetizers came out quickly and refills came even just as fast.
I ordered the tuna appetizer and it was fast delivery again and it was a great starter. My friend had the texas shoestring something or other appetizer and he mentioned how filling it was.
The big suprise was how excellent our dinner was. I had the Texas fire steak, sirloin cut, and it was the best sirloin I had to date from any restaurant. It was a good portoined steak and it was cooked perfectly rare. I am picky about rare steaks. Not burned on the outside with a small cool red center but a decent grilling all around for an even cooking. Our cook took his time in making it right.
Excellent dinner, reasonably priced, good service, waitresses were even easy on the eyes.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsFor years I have brought the family to enjoy the fish and chips. As we have grown as a family we still love those the fish n chips. Yes its true the servers have bad days and service slips as well as the food. But i've sent it back and was pleased with what came back to me. What I hate most is homeless guy watching me eat.
