| About: | The room you first enter is beautiful, clean and very welcoming but it is recommended that you ask for the patio seating if it's available. Little Italian lights make you feel like you're on vacation. The kitchen serves up an appetizing array of food, from glazed pork chops to seared ahi tuna to delicious chickens and meats. User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsJust went there last week under the new ownership. I had the lamb chops. They were excellent. My friend had the filet Mignon. That too was great. My wife had a salad that he she enjoyed. The service and ambiance is welcoming. We sat outside to enjoy the evening and talked for hours. Heating lamps around us kept us comfortable. We were fortunate to have a belly-dancer perform that evening. Best of all, since it is away from the main drag of restaurants on Colorado, foot traffic is minimal. No line waiting!!! The owner walked to all the tables introducing himself and making sure you feel at home.
I have been fortunate to enjoy every meal. I say fortunate, because I hate going to a nice place and get served something I did not expect. The chocolate cake was ok, nothing great. However, I will make a suggesting for them to bring something better, I love chocolate cakes.
Had two birthday gatherings here and was not disappointed once. I hope this helps you.

Now called "Eden Garden Bar & Grill", the menu has been expanded, hookahs are now available, and both the patio and indoor seating are beautiful and comfortable!
The service is great, and they are glad to accommodate your every need.
Check it out!! You won't regret it!
I recommend the seafood sampler, the kabobs, and the pastas! Yummmm!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNot a place for a group party.: Our ski club had our Christmas party there on 12/06 and it was a nightmare. They forced us into paying for 55 people and I rsvp'd for 40 People. For the people that didn't show the food was never deliverd so someone else could eat it. We gave them a list and had place tags of who got what food and people where getting food they didn't order. They are over priced and they know it. The food wasn't even worth it. The only thing good about that place was the music. Also, after we had our dinner and desert they tried to kick us out of the restaurant and we didn't do anything to deserve this. My husband and I will never go back to that place. There are so many better restaurants in Pasadena that you can go to. I say Holly Street Bar and Grill is only a place to go there for a drink to hear the music and not a place to eat and hang out there for a long time.
