Great Service: I have been using this cleaners for many years.... the owners always greet me courteously and promptly provide me with service. I have had the usual problem with broken buttons, but they take care of problems that they create.

Excellent Service/Quick to Fix: I've been bringing my shirts, pants, blankets, comforters to this business for about a year now. They have done consistently excellent service. One time they did accidentally tear my comforter (rain roof damage) but after profuse apologies they fixed it for me in less than a day. They even gave me a permanent discount (for being a neighborhood customer). They have always been nice to me and have always provided professional and competent service.

Hate It- Horrible Service!!: I would NEVER go back there again!!! They ruined my expensive coat, by burning off all of the buttons!! They told me they would fix it, but when I came back 3 weeks later, my coat was still a mess. No attempt to fix my coat was made. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying in advance for the dry cleaning… and they kept the money. They didn't refund my money. They never even offered to pay for the damages. And to make matters worse, they didn't even apologize. They were rude and unprofessional!! If you care about your clothes, DO NOT have them dry cleaned here!!
