We have been entirely satisfied with the products that we have purchased from Play-Well, including a large, enclosed trampoline and a tetherball set. Both have held up well and given our daughter (and her friends) many hours of enjoyment.
We also like that they are a local company and they make all of their playsets, playhouses and tetherball sets right here in Pasadena. We believe in supporting a local company - particularly one with such nice folks and such great products. I only wish we had discovered them sooner - our daughter was too old for a playset by then!

We love our Play-Well structure! We have had it for several years, and even though our kids are getting older, they still love to go outside and play on it. It has been one of our most enduring purchases ever. We have been to Play-Well several times since -- to get a swing attachment, a tether ball set, wood chips, etc. The owners are extremely kind and helpful - they really know their products. Each piece of play equipment they have suggested has been totally age-appropriate and, as a result, our kids use them constantly...which is why we keep going back!

I would not reccommend this company to anyone. The customer service rep I dealt with was Shawna and she was really nice, however, she kept forgetting specific products that I ordered and she always had an excuse. The quality of my playhouse is horrible. It is not made with real red wood so you would think it would be cheaper...not! I payed almost $4,000 for mine and it could not even stand up in southern california's windy season which isn't that bad considering other states have it worse than us. Playwell had to come out and do some repairs 3 months after I purchased it. It has now been a year, and we keep up with the maintenance, but because it is not red wood the wood flakes and craks and is not sturdy. I don't even let my kids play on it anymore. Do not buy this money pit. It is not worth it. Buy one from Lowes or Home depot.
