The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the service is lovely. My experience here was truly one to remember.
First, I came in and just picked random rolls off the boats. The country roll was my favorite, and as a sushi fanatic, this restaurant was quite tasteful!
Service was great, as expected and I ended up giving an $8 tip. Definetely worth trying, and coming back to.
The 2 stars are for the "A'float" effect.. Come on sushi on little boats going around a sushi bar river, is kinda fun, no matter who you are. :)
The sushi however, never seems to be at its freshest and it is way over priced.
Service is slow and the place kind of smells funny. I have eaten here 3 times always hoping that the previous visit was just on a "bad day".
No more bad days at a'float for me, I wont be going back.
Sushi rice also has a grocery store sushi feel to it.
Prices are okay and the food is whatever. I like my sushi and sashimi to be fresh. I didn't like the fact that some of the sushi and sashimi have been sitting out for who knows how long on the little boats.
