We had the best car buying experience of our life.

Honda Service department is a ripoff.

they seem to add a lot of services that are unnecessary.
Also, overcharge on many routine services.

for example, changing cabin air filter was double the price of Pep Boys or Jiffy Lube.

Avoid this place if possible.

Horrible!
Took our 2006 Tribecca there because it was the closest to our home since moving here. Lousy customer service, unfriendly and incompetent as well. Could not even figure out a loose headlight light bulb even after I told them specifically about it and which one it was. Took them twice to located the loose bulb...
Had to go back again becaus the Tribecca broke down (again) on the highway and it was the closest Subaru dealer and AAA would not tow it to the Van Nuys Subaru (which is substantially better in every respect). Once again - lousy customer service.
Avoid them at all costs. Pay your towing company extra to go to Van Nuys Subaru, if you must be towed. You will not regret it.
