User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthe person who said the comments on the service was not credible . i beg to differ i just spent 1400.00 for a party of thirteen !!!!!! i had a compliant which i made the following day after the dinner . a manager was to get back to me that same day and never did. so i had to make another call and another manager said he would talk to the manager that was supposed to call me and he would get back to me. guess what no call!!!!!!! is that service ???? and to top it off the manager was disagreeing with me about cake portion sizes when he had no idea about the size of the slices. this is the kind of service you expect to get from a fast food place not a supposed 5 star dining experience !!!! and the food is hit and miss every time i go to the chop house there is always at least 2 people in my party that gets a really tough steak. the sides are good and so is the fish! its a lot better than ruth chris which is doused in butter. mastro's in beverly hills is very good flemmings isnt bad but to tell you the truth the outback always has a decent steak for a much lower price!!!!!!

Comments about horrible service are not credible. The staff is very professional. The steaks are excellent. The side dishes (which are huge) are yummy. I also don't get the "country club" comment from a previous post. My favorite "reservation" is not to make one and ask to sit at the counter. Not a guarantee but it works out more often than not. The tab will set you back about $75 per person with drinks (or more) so a cheap date it's not but a romantic tasty date it is for sure.

horrible service!! if you dont look rich or belong to the local country club then you will not be treated like the regulars. the waiter didnt take us seriously, had to ask someone else to get him to tend to our table. the food is over rated and over priced. your better off going to houstons or JJ's. those two places treat you like you should be treated, and the food is wayyyy better!!
