User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst experience, first the Chinese girl(Elaine) that lead us to our table did nothing to accommodate our needs for a booth after I made the specific request. We then had to wait 25 minutes over our reservation time, and then another 20 minutes until a waiter helped us. I have been there a few times, and frankly they're understaffed and less attentive to customers needs. My Positive Buca Di Beppo experience had to be at the Huntington Beach location. I expect poor service like this at the McDonalds in Alhambra on Valley Blvd, but not at Buca Di Beppo.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsVery tasty. I love the decoration and the service is good and quick. If you have a birthday there, be prepared for a lively song of "Happy Birthday" as the employees and surrounding customers join in. The spaloni is a great dessert, by the way. Oh, and don't forget to make reservations, or else it's an impossible wait.

Great family/group restaurant. Long wait in line.: The food is great and the portions are huge--great for sharing among groups/kids/families. Good idea to order variety and share so everyone gets a bit. The wait is VERY long--I recommend calling in ahead of time to avoid the line that seems to be constantly growing for dinner.
