User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsFood is good!! BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I've been there 3 times, and all servers and hostesses have been the pits!!! Be prepared to wait 10 minutes before someone even knows you walked in the door.

After number of visits since this restaurant opened, I've decided to stop. It's unfortunate, because my home is just a few blocks away and it's SO convenient.
Reasons:
1. Reception: Sometimes they seem pleased, but most of the time it's just a job for them -- so expect little eye contact or a welcoming smile.
2. Service: Usually inconsistent. I find myself looking for the wait staff. Many times I simply stand up and look for the items I need (e.g., condiments, milk for coffee, et al).
3. Food/Quality: Satisfactory to good. Nothing earth shattering.
4. Prices: I'd like to link this to Food/Quality. A bit high for what you're getting.
5. Presentation: Lacking
6 Tables/Booths: A number of the tables aren't balanced. As for the booths, I find myself sinking in some spots.
7. Interior: I must admit, I like it.
8. Diversity: Yes, people at Dish: there are non whites living in La Canada and we don't always look pretty or dress up in our Sunday best. Please don't try to place us on your worst table out of sight. If a customer asks for a certain table(s) don't tell us that is occupied (or reserved). Don't you think we'll notice after an hour and half that it's still empty??
