Normally, I enjoy going to your store because your staff is very polite BUT this morning around 9am I went in and went straight to the deli counter. The girl was doing something and when she saw me standing there, she looked at me like I was annoying her by being there. I asked for 1/2 pound of swiss cheese not thick sliced but pretty thin. Right then and there she started talking to me pretty sarcastic. She made some remark about how they don't slice thick - but it was the way she spoke like I was bothering her. Well I didn't want to stand there and argue so I told her to forget it.
This girl needs an attitude adjustment and fast. Especially, if you want customers to shop at the deli counter. If she was in a bad mood, she shouldn't have come to work. I'm not the kind of person that believes that the customer is always right because I have worked in retail and I see how people can be pretty demanding and confrontational. but I do beleive that person needs to watch how she speaks to customers.

In all my years (65 of them) I've never done anything like this before, but I couldn't stand the way she treated me - she got me so upset, I walked out of the store.
If you don't want people leaving your store for that reason, I suggest she changes her attitude to fit in with all the other employees of your store.
My rating was for one person in particular, not the store itself.
