    Kind and caring staff to an elderly person like me, best customer service I've seen anywhere. Wish I'd found them 20 years ago.

    AWESOME DEALER!!!!!!!: purchased my new Tahoe there....awesome experience, amazing service. Would recomend for sure.

    Horrendous: Cordial receptionists can only take a business so far. I had a dent due to a hit-and-run sideswipe while my car was parked, and brought it into the body shop expecting that it would take, as the mechanics predicted-- 7-10 business days. 3 weeks later, I had yet to get my car back. Inquiries as to an estimated date of completion were pushed back, a never-ending list of excuses. I'd seen a few reviews that were negative to begin with, but the insurance company had listed them as a preferred body shop and speculating that most people wouldn't have glowing recommendations of a body shop based on the context to begin with... i ignored the 2 red flags that I'd already seen online. I hope others will heed this warning now.
