Starbucks

I just get drip coffee at Starbucks, and get really frustrated when I go into a location where the staff is inefficient, talks among itself, and gets bogged down when more than a few people show up at the same time. I live practically next door to a Starbucks in Pasadena where all the above are a problem. So, I got to his Starbucks where even a long line moves amazingly quickly. The teamwork of the staff is something to watch. On weekday mornings, it is like a neighborhood community center. It is a very nice mix of high school kids, young parents with their young kids, senior citizens and office workers. Just a bussling, great place to start a morning. Seating can be a problem some times, but people seem to be courteous and watch out for one another's comfort.

I went into starbucks today to buy a latte. Unfortunately ALWAYS, they fill up my drink 3/4 of a cup. I am so disappointed by this Starbucks location. They will not be getting my business for this continuing problem. In conclusion, I will not recommend going to this location to all my friends, family, and co-workers. This problem NEEDS TO BE FIXED RIGHT AWAY.
