Warehouse Discount Center

I am compelled to inform the curious public that this organization has, by far, the worst customer service of any major retailer I have ever dealt with. After spending $45K they weren't interested in resolving appliance issues that cropped up within one month of installation, and in one case, within one day of installation. In my situation, I do not blame the manufacturers, as things happen, and unfortunately I received some defective products. The manufacturers were very supportive, understanding, and helpful but WDC had a lack of urgency and a complete disregard for my dilemma that they can ill-afford to have in these DIFFICULT economic times. I believe it is a cultural problem starting at the top and the president of WDC will be the next person to understand my incredible displeasure with his company. It is obvious from other reviews I have read that WDC is not looking at their site and monitoring customer satisfaction. There are other appliance centers, thankfully, like Pacific Sales, with whom I have dealt and had a very positive experience. If this review can save one family from spending $100 at WDC, I will have met my goal.

Terrible! The worst customer service by a long shot. Stay clear of this place. I purchased 8 Viking appliances from Warehouse Discount Center. All have had major problems. Warehouse Discount Center did not help, aid or assist me in anyway shape or form. They'll take your hard earned money and run. STAY AWAY!!!

I purchased a washer and dryer from Warehouse Discount Center online on Friday and the product has already been delivered to my home! I have to admit... like many I am very busy and hate to shop. This process was very easy and the quality of service was a pleasant surprise. My next appliance purchase will definately be done from behind the computer screen.
