Time and time again I have gone into that store and again I am shocked and disappointed by the terrible service. The employees are kids who stand around and wait for only big commission sales. They had a significant line and one person ringing while the other employees socialize. I couldn't even get a manager to help and he looked annoyed when I interrupted his conversation he was having with other managers to bring to his attention the situation. I said "Why don't you help ring if you can't get another employee to ring?" He looked and said he and his manager friend were both counting money!!!!!!!!While talking and laughing with one another!!!!! I was floored I work retail and I know that this chicks in Pasadena falls incredibly short of common expectations. I suggest they invest more into training thier employees and getting a management staff who are concerned with customers not socializing. My advice is go to Sports Challet in the Arcadia mall so far so good with them.
