User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsBe careful and shop around. They wanted me to pay $700 for keyless entry that comes standard on all CRVâs. DEAL KILLER - It would have been the 4th car I purchased from them - 97 Accord, 99 Civic, 07 Pilot, but this time around, I have lost faith in them. In addition, when the Civicâs manifold cracked they quoted me over $800 to replace, however when I took it to Goudy in Alhambra they relayed that it was under warranty and made the repairs for free.
I would suggest that everyone looking for a new car get internet price quotes from all local dealers in writing. Yahoo Auto and Edmunds.com are good resources. If you need service and are hell bent on using a dealer, call first to get quotes.

The service department sucks!!!!! The car salesmen are all very good at giving you good service and the price that you want and send you on your way. But then you take your car in for service and they just do not want to deal with you. Over the phone, they are some of the most rude people on planet mofo earth. Its like the person who answers the phone is so agitated every single time I talk to her. Do not take your car for service here and expect to get a friendly service. Beware!!

Excellent Service. Purchased a Honda Civic for only 429 a month. Top of the line EX with leather (first year ever out) Navigation sunroom. You name it its got it. Four door out the door price was amazing. I would highly recommend all my friend to go to Honda of Pasadena.
