User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe worst McDonalds i've ever been to. They always screw-up my order. No napkins, no straws, no ketchup, no sauce for my nuggets, wrong type of salad dressing for my salad. All this in one visit? How can workers be so hateful?

Compared to other McDonalds in Pasadena this location serves the Best specialty coffee. It's the right taste and hot. Other McDonalds served their specialty coffee with not enough caramel and cold.

Terrible Mcdonalds!!! Every time I have gone to this McDonalds they have either been rude on the speaker for ordering meals, kept change and then said they would give it back then they left the window and never came back. They also gave us only one sugar cookie instead of three cookies for the full order which I paid for. Very unprofessional and very rude!! Go at your own risk!
