I bought my car there back in 2005. It was my first experience to buy a car. Since I was a fellow Filipino, I thought that the Filipinos there will help me get the best deal.
They didn't. They doubled the price on my Truck and I'm still paying for it until 2011 (for 6 years!).
The worst part was the lady who worked there in 2005 (I think her name is Christine) was very fake. She pretended to be friendly, etc. Even gave me her cell #... and so on. Finally, after realizing I was ripped off by them, I tried to get a hold of her. She wouldn't answer. They apparently just want the commission.
Worst experience ever and still paying for it.
Sorry but my recommendation is do not go to Toyota of Glendale. They'll fake you out into buying a car.

i just had my my fj cruiser 20t maintenance service a few days ago.I would like to acknowledge the excellent service given to me by Mr. George Huerta. .Thanks a lot i really appreciate it very much."TWO THUMBS UP" for this guy.

Finally a Wonderful experience at a auto dealership! I called and talked to ROCKY and TODD, and wanted a FJ Cruiser, told them my situation, i live out of the area and have to work 7 days a week at my Pool Store in Cypress,Ca., Time is very limited with me. and wanted NO BULL or GAMES PLAYED in sales, Like i received from so many dealers, (Like Toyota of Irvine.). Told them what i wanted to pay for the fully loaded FJ Cruiser. And got that price over the phone with Todd, and when i showed up, They kept their word with NO SUPRISES or Hidden FEES. Unlike so many other dealers. and Rocky was a as wonderful to me as if he was selling his Mother a CAR. Absolutely NO PRESSURE Selling or GAMES. and the Finance Manager was a very sweet guy to do all the paperwork with. I Love my Fj Cruiser. ALSO, week later i noticed i was missing some parts from my FJ, like the Jack TOOLS and the First Aid Kit, I Notified them thinking i might have some trouble with them after i bought the FJ, you know once you leave with the car Too Bad. But there was NO TROUBLE AT ALL! TODD and ROCKY Ordered the parts and UPS them to me the very next week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOYOTA OF GLENDALE and go SEE ROCKY or TODD.
