User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBad Bad Bad, all lies and BS - Stay awayâ. Called and got a price from Chris the "sales manager" over the phone for a lease on a murano. He said they about 45 of them ready to go, all colors and trims.I told him I'll be there shortly he said come on down i am waiting for you. I got there 30 minutes later to learn that he left. I got Santiago "another sales manager" who was rude, impatient and not cooperating. He insisted on showing me and my wife a color we didnt want, he walk away waving his hands dismissing us, he called me papi and said he sensed we are not interested in buying a car and just wasting his time. I asked to alk to his manager Martin and he refused by saying they have the same authority. This place is based on lies and BS, i wanna meet one person who actually got the deal they promised him

I agree with Will.The sales rep was cool but the finance department sucks. I actually purchased a truck that they had advertised online,they gave it to me for that price. I actually drove away with it not realizing that they hit my credit report TWELVE times, without letting me know. The next day I returned to the dealer, to pay off the truck considering my bank had financed me; and they were furious and at one point I thought that they were going to refuse my check. I felt so uncomfortable and they made feel as though I had done something wrong, considering I was looking out for my best intrest price wise.It was my first vehicle I have ever purchased, if I decide to buy a second vehicle it will definitely not be at this dealer.
