Bad service, bad customer service.
I spent $881 for service on my Dodge Magnum. This service was to include a transmission flush and a new air filter among other things. After checking the invoice, it appears they only drained and re-filled my transmission, and they didn't change my air filter. My schedule is really busy so I emailed them to make sure they would take care of it before i took off work to bring it in. I emailed them a detailed email with invoice #'s, service codes, everything so they could reference the work they did. No return email, no phone call. Sent a second email, same thing no reply, no phone call. Everytime I call the service dept, the manager just happens to be out of the office. I guess business is really good for them, good enough that even in a recession they can afford to lose a customer instead of taking 5 minutes to respond to an email.
I just bought a 2009 Ram 1500. Had a problem with a feature that the salesman lead me to believe we were purchasing. He never told us our truck was not equipped with hands free, even though he pointed out the button with a picture of hands free and told us that is what the buttons were for. Called to inquire why we did not have the hands free option and was told it has happened before - it looks like you have it but you don't. "It's confusing". Bottom line, they told us to basically beat it. They do not return any phone calls. In order to get any answer I have to chase them down - THEY SELL YOU THE CAR AND THEIR JOB IS DONE. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism is substandard! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!
I will never go back again. Actually, when I called Chrysler, they suggested that I never go back again, LOL. They would not cover warranty work on my viper even though Diamler Chrysler was telling them that I should not have to pay. Eventually, they changed the part numbers on thier work orders to parts that would not be covered under warranty. They even charged me over 600 bucks in labor to install a 9 dollar part, which of course should have been covered under warranty. Never go to Glendale, stay away. Crooks.
