The sales people are the worst!!!! Beyond rude they do not listen to the customer and they lie just to try to get a sale. I have had experiences with car dealers like most and the sneaky things that can be done. However this place tops them all. I had an awful experience with theme I spoke to the sales rep. days before I went in the person seem trust worthies and was anything but. They wasted my time 2 hours trying to sell me an overpriced high mileage car and high interest rate.

Avoid buying cars from glendael infiniti at all costs. The place is run by bunch of crooks. They wasted 3 hours of my time negotioating on a car that later ,they told me was sold the day before. After test driving a second car and negotiating with 2 different sales person, as well as the actuall owner of the dealership we finally agreed on the price, as we were about to sign our lease papers we noticed our sales person had disappeared, and we were approached by the dealership owner, as well as the finance manager informing that the price they were negotiating was for a different car, and we had to pay alot more if we are still interested in leasing the car. We were Escorted out of dealership as we demanded apology, and compensation for the 5 hours wasted in that dealership. Read the other reviews, this dealership has reputation for this kind of misleading sales behavior. What can you expect from a dealership run by bunch of drug addicts. I am surprised Infiniti is allowing dealerships like these ruin their reputation. I Own two Infinitis, but that is the last of it.Thanks to you knoe who.....

oh yea these guy totally sucks, they need to know how to do a proper customer service, I am so angry on these illusionists, they make money only by fulishing the customers , so ... the next thing I am going to do is bringing my money out of your noses for a great unusual and never seen axperience in any other car dealers
