Close to the popular Glendale Galleria , this extremely busy Cuban-style deli may seem a bit chaotic at first, but that is because people know a good thing when they have tasted it. This eatery serves up some of the most unique and tasty sandwiches and baked goods around. Its unusual Potato Sandwich, made with beef, sounds strange but tastes fabulous. Well worth it, most people say. Credit cards are not accepted.

    For those that love this place but hate the staff and customer service, you should go to the Porto's in Burbank instead. Big free parking lot in back and excellent customer service there.

    This place is awful... We know how amazing the cakes are, the desserts are, the potatao balls, but it is not ok for them to treat you like crap! nobody acknowledged us standing there, nor did they even look up at us!!!
    I guess I can live without those "potatao balls"

    Such a consistent disappointment. Never going back. Had such huge hopes for this beautiful-looking place. Sadly, the lines and the shockingly unhelpful staff makes this place not worth my visit. I wish my negative experience was a one-time issue, but I have tried to visit regularly since they opened, wishing desperately that I was just "unlucky" in my dealing with their staff. I so wish it wasn't so. (This review relates to the Burbank location.)
