Worst place I've ever been. Took my Trans Am for a Small problem. They charged me over $100 and didn't fix the problem. Wanted money back and they didn't even care about my problem and they ignored me. The mechanic didn't even have any idea what the problem was and I was explaining him and didn't get it at all. Chinese guy works on F-body. Don't go there and take your car to a better place.
I have regularly taken my Chevy Astro to Allen Gwynn's service department since I purchased it in 2002 and have enjoyed competent service at reasonable prices from friendly people. I have had no issues with the car to speak of, and my only beef is that Chevy stopped making them so that when the time comes, I can't buy another one. Having dealt with a number of car dealers over the years, I can say that this is in the top 3 in terms of service, and the fact that they provide a courtesy shuttle is a real plus.
BAD Customer Service after you buy your car!!!!: We have bought several cars from this location and the last time we bought one the tags were expired. They would not get us new ones and told us to go to the DMV. I was yelled at and they would not cooperate with us or try to find a solution.

I've had the same problem! I bought a Chvrolet Silverado! At first everything was good! After a little things started getting bad! The truck had a lot of problems, the transmission, the fuel pump, the tie rods, breaks, and now the rear Axle is making noise! I don't know how long or when to check it! They don't even tell me when so it will brake and then they will charge me so much money! I've paid so much money on just repairs on my truck! I've been paying almost $8000 to repair my truck!
Next time when buying a used car get a carfax report for about $35 to check vehicle history. It is a no-brainer either spend $35 or $8,000 on repairs.
Dealerships should offer to their clients a peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, we get suckered by these 'pirates".
