Horrible Horrible company. I too have been ripped off by Pasadena sound. Went there to get an alarm and power door locks. They told me it would be an hour and charged my card BEFORE installing anything. I waited 2 hours and they still didn't touch my car yet so i asked for a refund. They don't give refunds. It turns out they didn't even have the right tools to take off my door panel. The guy said i would have to come back the next day so i called the POLICE. After the officer arrives, I wait 20 minutes while he talks to the owner. I find out later that the officer has his boat being worked on in the back and he tells me he cant help me. They screwed in my interior door panel after losing the factory clips. The screws were visible and they made no attempt to hide this horrible work. DO NOT STOP AT THIS PLACE. I hope these people die of aids in PRISON.

yeah i just dont know what to do. they said i cant cancel because they already ordered ther parts so what i did was told them im going to pick up the stuff im taking a perfessinol to check the parts i bought and they better be brand new. and i am going to take to another place where i can trust to add my rims and lambo doors. sorry to hear what happned. but gosh how cud these fukkers still be in buisness..

Hello everyone my name is Johnny. and yesterday i went into this store looking for some rims. they were very pushy and right away called this place and said i was approved for financing. then out of nowwhere this huge buff guy (who looks like he takes steroids) was like oh man you should put lambo door in your car and you should lower it so the rims can stand out. he was like yeah we'll only charger you 3,100 bucks so i was like ok kewl. and he gave me some papers to sign and i read some and signed. but i didnt get a copy of any of the papers i signed which i asked for them but he refused to giive me them. then out of nowhere he said i won a free alarm and a free light tint. so i was like ok. eddie took my keys of my hand and i was like hey dude whats up. an he was like oh sorry its just were ganna install the alarm. me and my girlfriend went outside and kept an eye on the man who was doing the alarm. he took 4 hours to put one god damm alram. while my girlfriend was walking around the outside looking at cars she noticed a pole that had blunts of weed and a cutting blade. she came to me and showed me. i wanted to take a picture but couldnt. then i went inside and eddie told me oh yeah by the way now u did the whole process you cannot cancel at anytime. the service was shitty and they were lazy. i bet they were high. and when i get home from dropping my girlfriend off she calls me and tells me there are hundreds of bad reviews of this damm place. im supposed to go on monday to drop off my car and they were supposably going to give me a rental. but now i want to cancel and i dont know were to start. i havent gave them a penny and they have done no work to the car but put the free alarm which i have proof that it was free. so i want to cancel and dont know what to do, can anyone help???

You'll probably have to take them to court. The police cant help you. I called the cops after getting horrible service and the office that showed up was having a system installed on his boat. I felt the same way when they messed up my alarm and door locks and took FOREVER... i felt helpless. i should have done research on this place first =/

If they just installed an alarm on your car and it was after September 1, 2009, the work they performed is considered ILLEGAL due to their license being delinquent. Contact the BUREAU OF ELECTRONIC AND APPLIANCE REPAIR or the Department of Consumer Affairs and address your issue. Better Business Bureau is worthless because they are not a member of that agency. Most licenses are automatically renewed with a fee before the deadline. It is not a surprise that their license is delinquent.

As of September 22, 2009, according to the BUREAU OF ELECTRONIC AND APPLIANCE REPAIR, license status for PASADENA SOUND is considered DELINQUENT.
