I have been doing business with BS Toyota for many years, with no problems.
Recently though, during a routine maintenance visit on my Camry, I witnessed bad vibes & a very stressful atmosphere. I beleive his name was Frank?, who was openly rude, avoided answering phone calls, while the other Service men ran around helping other customers, and answering calls while Frank? just sat there.

This is not my first time witnessing such rude and unprofessionalism from Frank? If he is having a bad day, he should stay home, and not be around customers. But overall, service from other team members was excellent.

I believe this is the best Dealership I have ever been to. They work around the clock to try and get you financed if you happen to have not perfect credit. Please go to Bob Smith Toyota of La Cresenta, you won't be disappointed.
