Not much of an Italian atmosphere. Food was Bland. Neil the Manager was Rude & acted like he's uppity (Dude you work at a restaurant). I would go to Olive Garden much tastier if you don't mind waiting.

The seating arrangment is a nightmare, it is too packed unless you get a both, don't even think about going to the bathroom if people are seated in the tables. It is too packed and waiters will run right into without even saying excuse me or apologizing.

Really great food here, most of the time the service is great, but not always; there was this stuck up blonde woman who actually was quite rude several times"she's a hostess, the one who walks you to your seats". The other people seem kind and sincere however. There were also many occasions when the waiters would almost literally walk through me and my child while we were either going to the bathroom or leaving the restaurant. Usually because they hire cocky high school/college punks who don't give a "blank" about anything except their paycheck. The bartender that we were served by on another occasion there was excellent however.

The worst thing is that on more than one occassion I found long hair in my food, usually the pasta I order. I should have went back for a refund, but I couldn't because I ordered take out for dinner and it was too late at night to bring my kids. I suggest inspecting your food on the spot so you can address the "hair in the food" issue immediately.

Great food when it doesn't have hairs in it.

wonderful service, friendly staff, amazing food , i comepletly recomend it for everyone, im a frequent costumer!
